Please make sure to provide us with the correct address, as we will not be held responsible for costs incurred or lost packages due to errors in address details.

All items ordered, are dispatched within 1-2 working days of cleared payment.

Standard UK delivery rate is £3.99 and all items are delivered via 2nd class signed for tracked delivery.

Royal Mail states all 2nd class paid for items are usually delivered within 2-3 days of dispatch.

Pre-Orders

When ordering a pre-order item, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for us to process and deliver your order.

As well as having abayas available for pre-order, we also have abayas which are in stock ready for immediate dispatch (under the Ready To Dispatch link). If a customer is to place an order on a pre-order item alongside a ready to dispatch item, the order will not be dispatched until the pre-order item is ready.

International Deliveries

All INTERNATIONAL deliveries are via standard international tracked delivery which takes approximately 5-7 working days.

All payments, whether they be via an invoice sent to you personally, or done through the website are via PayPal. You can therefore be reassured that all payment details given are secure and confidential.

Delays

We use the Royal Mail service which gives us an approximate date on when the parcel will be delivered to your door. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur any time especially during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. We cannot be held for any delays caused as once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the responsibility of the Royal Mail service for you to receive your parcel on time.

There may be rare occasions where pre-orders take slightly longer than usual due to unforeseen circumstances or busy seasons such as Ramadan. If a delay is expected, we will notify our customers of this. If you have a specific date you want to receive your pre-order by, please get in touch before ordering to ensure we can get your order delivered by that date.

Unclaimed Parcels sent back to the sender from overseas (Outside of UK)

On unfortunate occasions, parcels are sent back to us if they are not claimed by the buyer at the address provided. In these circumstances, shipping fees would have to be repaid in order to send out the parcel for the second time.

The customer can ask for a refund instead if the item(s) is a ready to dispatch product but this would be minus any shipping fees.

If the item(s) is a Pre-Order item, only a partial refund will be issued. This is minus any shipping fee plus 45% (including any manufacturing costs and restocking fees).

We will not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided or for the parcels not being claimed by the buyer.
